Trawler tilted in dock
The "Doggi" capsized in th afternoon of Sep 18, 2018, while lying in a floating dock at the shipyard in Eidkjosen on Kvaløya. The police, fire department and ambulances were alerted to the ship. There were a total of eight people aboard the boat when it tilted to starboard at 5.30 p.m. No injuries were reported. Two people on board in cooperation with one man in the dock will try to stabilize the trawler. Doggie returns to Ålesund after accident on board
A crewmember of the "Doggi" was injured in an accident aboard the ship off Ålesund in the night of May 18, 2011, and had to taken to hospital. The accident happened at the Onadjupet, about 20 nautical miles west of Ålesund. At midnight the vessel was on its way into the port. The incident will be investigated by the Norwegian Maritime Directorate and Ålesund police.
