11 Sep 2010 CARACAS, Sept 11 (Reuters) - A fire tore through a dock where an oil tanker was loading on Saturday, briefly halting shipping at Venezuela's 310,000 barrel-per-day Cardon refinery days after a blaze shut another of the OPEC member's oil units.The tanker docked when the fire broke out can carry 400,000 barrels of oil and is called Sonia. It was loading diesel and A1 jet fuel destined for Jamaica. The crew was evacuated and the ship towed by tugs to a safer spot, Chavez and a shipping trader said. "The ship has no significant damage and we are refreshing the pipes at dock number one. An investigation committee ... will shortly establish the damage and the cause of the fire," Chavez said in comments to state television.
