A Danish and three Norwegians sailors of the "Havila Saturn" were detained by Russian authorities in Kholmsk after they had delivered athe "Havila Saturn" to its new Russian owners. Their company had not applied for transit visas, so that the sailors cannot disembark or go home. A representative of the company Havilah said that Russian authorities have indicated that they would be able to obtain a visa in a few days after arrival. Therefore the company did not apply for a visa in advance. The examinations of the secret police may take at least 20 days.
