Live AIS Map View for the Region Kiel Canal


Here you can see a map view of the AIS vessel traffic in the region Kiel Canal with a delay of about 24 hours. If you sign up for our "Free Account" you can see the map with a delay of only about 2 hours.

New functions:
  • Mouse-over highlights vessel and displays details on bottom of map
  • Click on a vessel name in right hand column highlights vessel and centres map
  • Double-click on vessel symbol or vessel name opens page with vessel details
  • To zoom in an area: Hold Shift, click and hold left mouse button, define area, release buttons

For best results we recommend using the free web browser "Mozilla Firefox" in version 1.5 or later or the "Internet Explorer 7". Unfortunately with Internet Explorer 6 loading takes noticeably longer and there are some minor graphical errors in the map display.
