The publicly available version of vesseltracker.com is limited in different aspects: The vessel movement data is displayed with a delay of up to 24 hours. Details, such as berth name, destination port, etc. are not displayed at all. There are also no tabular representations of moored and moving vessels available.
Our Free Account(completely free of charge), reduces the time delay in the map view to only 2 hours and enables you to upload photos of ships, rate the photos and have them rated by other users as well. In addition, you'll get a personal Profile Page, that serves as a platform for contacting and interacting with other users, and on which you'll be able to present yourself to our continuously growing Community.
In return, we expect your honesty in providing us with your exact contact address. Be rest assured that your details will be kept confidential and will only be used internally. You can be sure that your address will not exposed to a third party. Users with obviously faked addresses will be deleted immediately from our database.
Our Free Account is targeted at ship lovers, ship spotters, photographers and hobby users. For professional users, we offer the Personal Account and Company Account where the AIS data is provided without any time delay. We also provide additional services such as vessel reporting via e-mail alerts, realtime Google Earth integration with highlights of your fleet on Google Earth, and much more.
