Allision in Kobe

The container ship 'Hai Feng Hai Kou' (IMO: 9224362), while leaving the port of Kobe, allided with the berthed 'Bohai Star' during manoevering on Dec 26, 2021, at 9.50 a.m. While the extent of damage to the vessels was unknown, both ships departed Kobe the same day. The 'Hai Feng Hai Kou' was headed to Tianjin, the 'Bohai Star' to Chang Jiang Kou.

Japanese fishing vessel sinks after collision with Bohai Star off Tsushima Island

At around 0530 Tokyo time July 24 South Korean container ship Bohai Star collided with 18-ton Japanese fishing vessel some 6 nm northeast of northeast Tsushima island coast, Korea Strait. Fishing vessel capsized and sank, three crew rescued. Bohai Star was en route to Japan’s Hakata port from Busan, reportedly vessel suffered some damages, too. Last AIS shows vessel either drifting or anchored off Tsushima, assumedly investigation under way. It is reported, that Bohai Star suffered damages, extent unknown. Source: news.odin.tc
