Ship in port following engine issue
The 'ESL Sealion' had to slow down the engine due to an issue with the cooling jacket about 17,6 nautical miles from Port Walcott on Sep 26, 2021. The crew rectified the fault, and the ship resumed its voyage to Rizhao, where it berthed at the Shijao Coal Terminal on Oct 17.
Engine trouble off Port Walcott
The 'ESL Sealion', en route from Port Walcott to Qingdao, slowed down its engine due to an issue with its cooling jacket in position 20 18 09S, 117 32 27E, about 17,6 nautical miles from Port Walcott anchorage on Sep 26, 2021, at 11.50 p.m. The crew was able to rectify the issue, and the ship continued its voyage towards the Indian Ocean with an ETA as of Oct 11.
