Medevac off Penmarc'h
On July 6, 2017, at 9.54 p.m. the CROSS Étel was informed by the MRCC in Toulouse that the skipper of the "Harmonie" had injured his arm. The vessel was located 80 miles south of Penmarc'h. Following a conference between the CROSS Étel, the ship and the SAMU, the decision is made to medevac the sailor by helicopter to Brest. The CROSS engaged a Cayman helicopter of the Navy base in Lanvéoc-Poulmic with a medical team on board. At 11:50 p.m., the wounded sailor was hoisted on board the helicopter and then evacuated to the Cavale Blanche hospital where he was taken in charge by the medical teams at 12:45 p.m.

On Mar 7, 2014, at 12:10 p.m. the Centre for Maritime Medical Consultation in Toulouse contacted the CROSS Etel and required assistance for a medical evacuation of an injured fisherman aboard the "Harmonie". The Polish sailor of 49 years was hurt at the eye. A Cayman helicopter of the Navy base in Lanvéoc took off at 1:18 p.m., was on Scene 35 minutes llater and airlifted the injured. He was transferred to the hospital Morvan in Brest.
