Detention for illegal anchoring
The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency detained the 'P. Yanbu' on March 12, 2022, en route from Port Moresby, as it was suspected to have anchored without permission in the waters off Sekinchan in Selangor. Two crew members were brought to Selangor Maritime Enforcement Agency as part of the investigation. On March 14 the ship was underway again to Singapore.
