Repairs of engine damage in Tuzla

The 'Jaohar Rima' suffered a mechanical failure and went adrift north of Kythnos island on Aug 26, 2021. It was towed by the tug 'Aegeas' to Laurium on Aug 28 at 2 p.m. It sailed again on Sep 16 at 8.40 p.m. and reached Larimna on Sep 20 at 09.40 a.m. On Sep 23 it arrived at Tuzla anchorage under its own power. Permanent repairs have commenced by the crew together with shore-based technical support. The vessel berthed in Tzla on Sep 24 at 12.30 p.m.

Allision in Brunsbüttel

Mon May 07 08:44:10 CEST 2012 Timsen

In the late afternoon of May 6, 2012, The "Margareta B" allided with the North Gate of the old lock in Brunsbuettel enroute Halmstad-Hamburg. The gate suffered such significant damage that it had to be taken out of service after the accident. The "Margareta B" continued to Hamburg after the incident was investigated and berthed at 7.40 p.m.
