SOLD ENBLOC WITH MEDI CAGLIARI FOR ABT US $18 MIL TO UNDISCLOSED BYRS

Medevac off Port Elizabeth

Tue May 26 10:01:19 CEST 2015 Timsen

On May 23, 2015, at 07.35 a.m. the NSRI Port Elizabeth duty crew launched the sea rescue craft "Eikos Rescuer IV" to rendezvous with the "Medi Baltimore" sailing from Ciqading to Salvador and requiring medical attention for a 34 year old Romanian crew member who had fallen onboard a few days prior and suffered a suspected fractured left arm. The NSRI Port Elizabeth rendezvoused with the bulkcarrier six nautical miles offshore, and the patient has been taken off the vessel and brought safely to shore and transported to hospital in a stable condition for further treatment.
