Mon May 21 14:47:39 CEST 2018 Timsen

On May 17, 2018, at 6.50 a.m. the "Mignon" berthed at the Ostrow Shiprepair yard in Gdansk. The ship reportedly had suffered a fire in a car deck end of April off Singapore and completed its voyage toIzmit, Zeebrugge, Amsterdam and Bremerhaven before heading to the yard on May 16. She ailed again on June 19 at 7.20 a.m., with Bremerhaven as first port of call after repairs, ETA June 21, 4 a.m.

Medevac in stormy weather

Mon Jul 25 10:37:27 CEST 2011 Timsen

On July 24, a Philippine crewmember of the "Mignon" had to be medaved with 2 degree-burns from the "Mignon" between the Netherlands and Sweden. The KNRM-boat "Jeanine Parqui" from Hoek van Holland was sent at 6.20 p.m. to the position 17 miles north of the port. Wind was 6-7 Beaufort with waves from 1-2 meters. At 7.50 p.m. the boat was alongside the "Mignon" in position 51°53.60 N 003°20.30 E. In spite of the strong wind the patient was safely lowered aboard the boat and immediately treated. At 8.30 p.m. the boat reached the Berghaven where it was met by an ambulance.
