Crew member injured during loading operations
In the evening hours of Sep 16, 2023, the Port Authority of Thessaloniki was informed about the injury of a 21-year-old crew member of the 'Blue Star Myconos' during the loading operations. He was injured while passing through the stern door from the parking area to the stern patch area. He was transported by an ambulance to the University General Hospital of Thessaloniki for medical treatment. A preliminary investigation was carried out by the Central Port Authority of Thessaloniki.

The Port Authority of Thessaloniki was informed in the morning of May 21, 2023, about the injury of a 25-year-old passengeraboard the 'Blue Star Myconos' shortly after the ship's departure from the port of Thessaloniki. The passenger felt severe pain in the right knee. The ship returned again to the port of Thessaloniki and the woman was transported by an ambulance to the General Hospital of Thessaloniki for medical treatment.

The Tzelepi Port Authority was informed in the early hours of Aug 20, 2022, by the Chief of Staff of the 'Blue Star Myconos' about the injury of a cabin crew member inside the ship, while it was docked at the home port. The injured was transferred to the General Hospital . A preliminary investigation is carried out by the Central Port Authority of Piraeus.
