Sat Dec 25 16:25:45 CET 2021 Timsen

On Dec 24, 2021, at around 10 a.m., sailor on board the 'Viktor Zabelin' complained of severe toothache in the Weser estuary off Nordenham-Blexen. The lifeboat 'Theo Fischer', stationed in Bremerhaven, made the short journey from its own berth to the freighter and went alongside. The crew took the sailor and an accompanying person safely on board and brought them both to Bremerhaven. There the land rescue service took over the further care of the sick man.
