Cargo ship sank, crew safe
The "Zhe Pu 01833" ran aground on a reef near Taohua Dao, south of Zhoushan, in pos. 29 49N 122 12E after an engine failure in the morning of Sep 3, 2015. The vessel was loaded with cement in bulk and was en route from Zhoushan. The hull was breached in the grounding, and attempts to control the water ingress failed. The crew of five was evacuated by a lifeboat, but the "Zhe Pu 01833" sank.
