You need AIS information from a port or a region which is not yet covered by vesseltracker.com? Then you can become our cooperation partner for your region.
- As a cooperation partner you provide us with an antenna location and you buy our installation kit.
- In return, you get access to AIS data from your region as well as all other covered regions free of charge.
With the vesseltracker Installation Kit you can get AIS data from your area with less effort. All you need is a power socket and an Internet connection.
After installation you can benefit from our services, the vessel traffic view in Google Earth and Google Maps, as well as alerting via e-mail and SMS without charge for lifetime.
Contents of the kit
1. AIS Receiver
We supply you with the easyais receiver made by weatherdock.
2. Antenna and Cable
The CX4 antenna by AC Marine (http://www.acmarine.dk/content/product/vhf.html) is a high quality item. Additional you receive cable and a chrome Stand-off.
3. Converter / Mini-PC
A small noiseless low-power embedded computer system which converts the AIS data and forwards it to our vesseltracker servers.
4. Support
We give you free setup and installation support via telephone.

Requirements
You should choose the highest point of your building to install the antenna. You need a 24/7 internet connection and a power socket.
