The 'Queen Luca' suffered a technical failure at Istanbul anchorage on Aug 4, 2021. The departure permission to Kumkapi has been cancelled by the Harbour Master until completion of repairs. Repairs were underway at the anchorage in pos. 40° 57.42' N 028° 52.95' E as of Aug 6.

EXMAR LPG announces the sale of the Very Large Gas Carrier FLANDERS TENACITY (84,270m3 1996 built) and the Midsize Gas Carrier EEKLO (37,450 m3; 1995 built), the company said in its press release. Both vessels are expected to be de livered to their new owners during the course of June. The capital gain realised by EXMAR for its 50% share in EXMAR LPG will be approximately USD 18.0 million. This transaction will generate for EXMAR LPG net cash proceeds of around USD 44.0 million.
