Disabled tanker towed to Rotterdam

On Apr 29, 2018, the Kotug Smit tugs "Smit Cheetah" and Smit Schelde" were deployed to the "Nordstraum" which had been disabled on the Northsea enroute from Immingham to Rotterdam in the midday hours. The tugs took the vessel in tow to the cehmical port in the Botlek, and it was safely berthed at the AVR Terminal at 4.10 p.m. The tanker left the port again on May 2 at 9.20 p.m and headed towards the Elbe estuary, ETA May 3, 9 p.m. Dutch photo report: https://www.tugspotters.com/app/content/2018/04/smit-cheetah-en-smit-schelde/
