Engine trouble off Hastings
The "Bauci", being en route from Amsterdam to Sarroch with a crew of 20 on board, suffered an engine problem due to a fuel valve issue and subsequently stopped, in position 050 33 45 N, 000 25 24 E, approximately 18 nautical miles from Hastings on Sep 26, 2018, at 02.20 a.m. The vessel was drifting at 2,2 knots, course 246,4 degrees. The fault could be rectified at 03.05 a.m. The vessel resumed the voyage and left the Dover Traffic Separation Scheme at 04.45 a.m. with an ETA at Sarroch as of Oct 1.
