Disabled ship towed to Tuzla
The 'Egy Glory', which had suffered an engine failure in the port of Alexandria on March 20, was taken in tow by the Dutch tug 'Dian Kingdom' (IMO: 9660944) to Tuzla for repairs on June 9, upon completion of towage approval formalities. During the Canakkale Strait passage, a Coastal Safety tug provided escort service for the vessel and the Strait traffic safety. The convoy was expected at the Tuzla shipyard area in the afternoon of June 16.
Technical faulure in Marsaxlokk
The 'Egy Glory' suffered a technical failure at Marsaxlokk, Malta on Oct 20, 2019. The vessel departure permission cwas ancelled by Harbour Master until completion of repairs. After state surveyors attended onboard in order to verify the final repair status, the ship sailed again on Oct 25 at 7.50 p.m. and headed to Lymisrata with an ETA as of Oct 26, 3.30 p.m.
