Tue May 06 21:21:06 CEST 2014 Timsen

On May 5, 2014, at 9 p.m. a fire broke out in one of the engines of the "Frigga" while the tug was towing a ship in Kalundborg Fjord. The four crew members of the tug were sent to hospital to be checked in regard of a possible smoke Inhalation. They had immediately started to extinguish the fire wearing breathing apparatus. However, they had inhalied the smoke from the fire before and were treated at Holbaek and Slagelse. A sister ship dragged the "Frigga" to the port of Kalundborg, where ambulances , fire engines and police attended and it was ascertained that the fire was extinguished.
