The "Havfrakt" was refloated in the night of Oct 26 after 300 tons of the cargo fish meal were shifted to another ship. The salvage was completed jointly by Kystverket , Vardø VTS and the Sjøfartsdirektoratet with the "Ocean Supplier". After the end of surveys the ship was to sail to Finnsnes. Salvage of the "Havfrakt" may take some days, but the vessel is not in danger of sinking. Divers who inspected the hull found a leak in a ballast water tank. Coastguard is monitoring the scene.
