Fuel pipe leak at main engine

The 'Beautrophy', while enroute from Londonderry to Antwerp, suffered a leak in a fuel pipe in position 50 17 15N, 000 50 37W, on May 2, 2021, at 6 p.m. The crew carried out repairs, and the vessel resumed its voyage and berthed in the Albert Dock in Antwerp on May 3 at 5.45 p.m.

Repairs in Colombo completed

The 'Beautrophy' which had suffered a main crank shaft damage on Aug 28, 2019. at Colombo was fitted with a new crank shaft and after two months in port the vessel set sail on Oct 29. Before, efforts to grind the damaged crank shaft and refit it, had failed.
