Tanker boarded by perpetrators
The 'FSL New York' was boarded by three perpetrators, while underway in position 001 16 33.0N, 104 15 03.6E, in the eastbound lane of the Traffic Separation Zone in the Singapore Strait on Oct 13, 2020, at 3.30 p.m. The crew, after noticing the perpetrators, subsequently conducted a search of the vessel and were unable to find them. They probably had fled the vessel. No items were reported as missing. Following the incident, the vessel continued its voyage to the next port of call at Huizhou.
