Allision on the Rhine

On Jan 6, 2012, the "Qui-Vive", 1780 ts (EU-No.: 02318561 ), was twice hit by a tanker which had drifted perpendicular due to a rudder loss on the Rhine at Weil off the quay at Hünningen where the Dutch vessel was moored. The hull at starboard side the "Qui Vive" and the bulwark were damaged on a length of nine metres. The damage caused was considerable.
