Invitation to bid for purchase
Pursuant to the Order of Court dated Sep 26, 2019, all interested parties have been invited to bid for the purchase of the 'Nordic Barakuda' by private treaty. The bids must be submitted in US dollars together with a deposit of 50,000 US dollars in local banker's draft made in favour of "The Sheriff Of Singapore" and should be placed in a sealed envelope marked 'Tender for Nordic Barakuda' and sent to the Sheriff?s Office, Legal Registry, Level 2, 1 Supreme Court Lane, Singapore 178879, which should reach him no later than 1500 hrs, on March 16, 2020. Bids made without the accompanying deposit will be rejected. The deposit shall be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The vessel will be sold on ?as is where is? basis, on the Sheriff?s standard terms and conditions of sale. All bids are to remain valid for a period of three months from the date the bidding closes. The Sheriff reserves the right not to accept the highest or any bid.

The deposit shall be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The vessel will be sold on ?as is where is? basis, on the Sheriff's standard terms and conditions of sale. It should be noted that, the net value of bunkers on board the 'Nordic Barakuda' was 583.00 United States Dollars, which is excluded from the sale, and have to be paid by the purchaser. The amount payable is not negotiable.

It should be noted that, the net value of bunkers on board the "Nordic Barakuda" is 583.00 United States Dollars, which is excluded from the sale, and have to be paid by the purchaser.
