Following an inspection by an authorized PSC / PARIS MOU inspector, which was carried out in the afternoon of Nov 11, 2019, aboard the 'Sea Music' which had arrived in the port of Thessaloniki the previous day, the ship was detained for serious offenses regarding the Annex 'X' to CO 2009/16 / EC. The Central Port Authority of Thessaloniki was about to impose the administrative sanctions.

The "Civra" is totally abandoned at a port in Gijon since December 2009. The "Civra" anchored off Gijon to buy fuel but got fined 60,000 Euro by Spanish officials due to formal deficiencies. The fine has not been paid, so Spain seized the ship. The 19-member Turkish crew of the ship got back home as they also were not paid by the shipowner who later decided to sell the ship. The cargo of the ship, 7,500 tons of wheat that belonged to a French company, was delivered to Syria after a long time.
