Ship found damaged during search operation
The "Nordic Erika" was in position 55 25.45 N, 5 35.99 W, at Campbeltown Harbour on Feb 6, 2019, during search operations for a missing male when it was noticed that it was damaged. The incident was reported to a duty surveyor. The vessel was be inspected with plans to rectify the issues. The ship arrived at Plymouth on Feb at 11.20 a.m.
Vessel stuck at Burg
On Dec 29, 2011, at 11 p.m. the "Nordic Erika" ran into the embankment of the Kiel Canal near the ferry pt. Burg. The ship on its way from Gdynia to Cork, ETA Jan 2, 2012, had sailed from the Bominflot bunker station in Kiel at 5 p.m. The tug "Bugsier 15" was called to refloat the vessel. It was then pulled to Brunsbuettel where it was berthed on Dec 30 at 00.45 a.m.
