Medevac off Sweden
On April 21, 2024, a person needed to be medevaced from the 'Crown Seaways', which was en route from Copenhagen to Oslo at that time, and sailing in Swedish waters. At 12.28 a.m. zhe Danish Defense Rescue Center was contacted by the crew of the ferry. As the ship was in Swedish waters, the medevac was further handled by the Swedish rescue centre.

On Nov 19, 2023, at 01.46 a.m. the MRCC of the Danish Defense was contacted in connection with the need to evacuate a patient from the 'Crown Seaways', en route from Cppenhagen to Oslo. The ferry was sailing in Swedish waters, and the medevac was carried out by a Swedish SAR helicopter.
Medevac off Denmark
On Aug 1, 2023, at 4.30 p.m., the 'Crown Seaways', en route from Oslo to Frederikshavn, requested the medevac of a person on board. The Danish Navy deployed an SAR helicpoter, which hoisted the patient and transferred him to shore for further treatment in hospital.
