Collision off Espartel

On March 10, 2020, at dawn the Spanish fishing vessel 'Tatiana Y Manuel - 3-CA-5-2-18' was in collision with the 'Darya Aum' approximately 12 miles off Cape Espartel. The fishing vessel with a crew of three on board suffered some damage to the bow, but could continue its voyage and then berthed in Barbate. The cargo vessel suffered only superficial damage. It was enroute from Norfolk to Suez with an ETA as of March 17. Salvamento Marítimo was notified.
