Small oil spill during bunker operation

While the tanker 'Yamilah III' (IMO: 9487263) got transferred bunker oil from the 'Juno Marie' at anchorage one in Pointe aux Trembles in pos. 45 37 56.5 N, 073 29 04.0 W, an oil spill occurred on Nov 27, 2022, at 1.05 p.m. UTC. An emergency stop was activated after the release of approximately 300 litres. The 'Yamilah III' left Montreal again on Dec 3, headed to Gibraltar with an ETA as of Dec 14.

Loss of electrical power

The 'Juno Marie' was disabled due to the loss of electrical power while being anchored off Pointe-aux-Trembles, Quebec, in position 45 38 23.5N, 073 28 43.0W, on April 13, 2021, at 12.45 p.m. The power could later be restored, and the vessel resumed its operations.

Blackout during bunkering ops

The 'Juno Marie' suffered an engine blackout in the port of Montreal on March 21, 2021. The failure occurred while bunkering the bulk carrier 'Oakglen' (IMO: 7901148) at Section 56 of the port.
