Allision in Besiktas
The "Kanuni", en route from Uskudar to the Besiktas ferry terminal allided with the ramp and concrete blocks during berthing manoeuvring con May 26, 2018, at 7 p.m. Structural damages were noted on the ferry ramp and the shell plating. Damages were noted also on the terminal. Four passengers were injured and transferred to hospital by an ambulance. The remaining passengers were safely disembarked from the vessel under supervision of the ship's crew and a terminal team. The ferry left the port of Istanbul on May 30 at 11.50 a.m. and moved to the Tuzla shipyard area for repairs, arriving there at 12.50 a.m. She left the Tuzla shipyard area after repairs on June 5 at 9.30 a.m. She returned to Istanbul the same day at 11 a.m.
