Worker injured during mooring manoever
A worker has been injured during the mooring manoever of the 'Manxman' upon the scheduled arrival at Douglas upon the Isle of Man en route from Heysham on Feb 15, 2024, at 6 p.m. GMT. The man was taken to hospital for treatment.Isle of Man Steam Packet Company was investigating the incident and liaising with all relevant authorities. As a result of the incident, the scheduled departure at 7:45 p.m. and the departure on Feb 16 at 02:15 a.m. from Heysham were cancelled. Affected passengers were be offered alternative arrangements or a full refund.
