Allision in Takamatsu
The 'Kokusai Maru 32' allided with a pier during the berthing manover in the afternoon of Dec 29, 2019, in the port of Takamatsu upon Shikoku island. The ferry had arrived from Shodoshima with 45 passengers and six vehicles on board. It suffered a big hole in the foreship at starboard side. One passenger was slightly injured. A malfunction of electric ontrols was thought to have been the cause of the accident.
