Now vessel with Pilot on Board to go along side..... BUT: Captain Not on board, Still in town..... Captain did some fighting and was breaking "girlfriends" apartment last Saterday. Now Policia Federal does not give permission for any crew to go on Shore. Before ship was anchored, and vessel not cleared, so not allowed to go on shore. Now there is a Police report of Captain distroying radio, TV, airco etc, etc, so Policia Federal has a prove he was on shore. Now Nobody on shore and the Fine will be 125000 Real. One Hunderd Twenty Five Thousand....... Abt 65 000 Euro !!!!
