Antares disabled with 41 sport fishers on board

Tue Sep 25 10:38:47 CEST 2012 Timsen

The "Antases" suffered engine damage in wave heights of 1-1,5 meters on Sep 22, 2012, west of Flügge lighthouse. The ship had on board 41 sport fishers. The ship was adrift off the south coast of the island Fehmarn. The lifeboat "Bremen" headed for the casualty and took the f/v in tow, supported by its small boat "Vegesack" and the lifeboat "Heiligenhafen“ of the station Heiligenhafen. The "Antares" was towed into the small port of Orth upon Fehmarn.
