Ferry drifted disabled on the Trave

Fri Sep 09 10:01:20 CEST 2016 Timsen

On Sep 8, 2016, the "Berlin" suffered engine failure on the Trave at 9 a.m. and went adrift. The second Priwall ferry, the "Travemünde", immediately set off to take the "Berlin" alongside back to the quay in Travemünde. Half an hour after getting disabled she was safely moored and was surveyed regarding the technical malfunction. The "Pötenitz" was replacing the ship in the meantime.
