The sale of the Japanese controlled 2006-built handy SH Grace, which had been mooted as completed over the weekend for $5.5m, has just failed, sources tell Splash. Vietnam’s Than Bin, one of southeast Asia’s most aggressive owners this year, was linked to the purchase of the 29,800 dwt ship.
