SeaBus ferry strikes dock in Vancouver
On Thursday the SeaBus vessel hit the dock at Waterfront Station. TransLink spokesman Drew Snider confirmed the incident, which occurred with 215 passengers aboard. There were no injuries reported but Snider said it’s still not certain exactly why the tug hit the dock. “We don’t what exactly went wrong but it lost steering and motor power,” said Snider. “It might have been mechanical or electrical, we’re not sure yet.
