The 'Isaac Mayo' repatriated 28 people to Cuba on April 13, following an interdiction off Florida’s coast. The Coast Guard Cutter 'Stone' had notified the Coast Guard District Seven watchstanders of a migrant vessel on April 8 at approximately 4:30 p.m., about 38 miles north of Santa Clara, Cuba. The 'Isaac Mayo' repatriated 64 people to Cuba on April 2, 2023, following interdictions off Florida’s coast. ​A good Samaritan alerted Sector Key West watchstanders of a migrant vessel on March 28 at approximately 10 p.m., about 32 miles south of Key West. The Coast Guard Cutter 'Stone' notified Coast Guard Sector Key West watchstanders of a migrant vessel on March 29 at 12 p.m., about 26 miles south of Key West. A Coast Guard Air Station Miami HC-144 aircrew notified Sector Key West watchstanders of a migrant vessel the same day at 3:30 p.m., about 72 miles south of Key West. A good Samaritan notified Sector Key West watchstanders of a person on a surfboard on Oct 13, at approximately 1:50 p.m., about 45 miles south of Key West. The Coast Guard Cutter 'Vigilant' notified Sector Key West watchstanders of a migrant vessel on Oct 14, at approximately 12:10 a.m., about 15 miles south of Ramrod Key. A Coast Guard Air Station Miami airplane crew notified Sector Key West watchstanders of a migrant vessel on Oct 14, at approximately 4 p.m., about 60 miles south of Key West.
