Tug assisted distressed boat
The Port Authority of Lavrio was informed in the mornin of May 192022, that the pleasure boat "Pasithea" with two 62-year-old crew members on board was disabled south of the island of Agios Georgios. The 'Christos XLI' rushed to the sport, where it located the vessel, along with the speed boat "SI SOS I". The crew boarded the tug and later the speedboat from where one 62-year-old man was picked up by an Air Force helicopter and transported to the Kotroni Airport and later taken to the General Hospital of Athens. The toher man again boarded the boat and sailed to a safe area. A preliminary investigation was carried out by the Central Port Authority of Lavrio.
