Small fire on FPSO
In the morning of Jan 16, 2018, a fire broke out in the transformers compartment of the "Cidade de Marica" in the Lula field at the Santos Basin off the Brazil coast. The fire was extinguished within an hour by the FPSO’s personnel with firefighting equipment. The damage was minimal, but the production was halted until safety survey and checks were carried out.
