Ship suffered exhaust valve issue
The 'Clear Sky' suffered an exhaust valve issue in position 50 11 06.0 N, 001 49 38.0 W, on Dec 18, 2020, at 9.05 p.m. in the English Channel, while enroute from St. Petersburg to Brownsville. The ship stopped with no power and steerage for repairs which were completed on Dec 19 at around 02.15 a.m.
Engine trouble at Lanoraie
The 'Clear Sky' suffered a problem with its main engine, while manoeuvring to an anchorage off Lanoraie on Nov 4 at 11.30 p.m. The crew carried out repairs, and the vessel was underway again on Nov 6 at 05.50 a,m. when it sailed from Tracy. It berthed in Montreal at 10.30 a.m. and left the port, bound for Oran, on Nov 8.
