Tue Mar 01 08:23:17 UTC 2022 Timsen

The 'Linda' en route from the Persian Gulf to Sungai Linggi, Dickson, with an ETA as of March 9, 2022, loaded with Iranian crude taken on board in a ship-to-ship-transfer end of January, has its AIS log missing up to Dec 2021. After loading the cargo, the ship started sailing on Jan 30 with first, Tanjung Pelepas as port of destination and an ETA as of Feb 18. The ship was sailing at reduced speed of 3-5 knots and anchored off Colombo for four days. The üort of destination was changed. As of March 1, the tanker was sailing in the southern Bay of Bengal towards the Malacca Strait still at reduced speed. The Malaysian authorities were musing over the final decision, whether to allow the entry to a port or ban it.
