Due to an earlier technical issue that has now been resolved, MV Loch Frisa, serving on the route Oban-Craignure on April departed Craignure at 2:45 p.m., about 55 minutes late.

Ferry delayed due to medical incident on board

On April 19, 2025, the 'Loch Frisa', serving on the route Oban- Craignure, had a medical incident on board. As a consequence, the scheduled 11:25 a.m. sailing from Oban departed 17 minutes late.

Ferry suffered issue with drencher system

The 'Loch Frisa' has suffered an issue with the drencher system. As a consequence, the vesselwas unable to carry any dangerous goods until April 30. Affected bookings were to be contacted directly by the ports. Any customers wishing to travel via Lochaline - Fishnish are required to call Craignure Port (01680 340258 option 2) or Tobermory Port (01688 327089 option 2) directly.
