Ferry sold and renamed
MSC/GNV has bought the 'Mexico Star' from Baja Ferries and renamed the ferry 'Sardinia'. The vessel is currently on her way to Napoli. Baja Ferries had converted the former 'Stena Carrier' to carry 350 passengers, but it is actually registered as roro cargo ship only. The ship left Cristobal on Aug 20, 2025, enroute to Napoli with an ETA as of Sep 8. It is currently unknown which MSC Group company it will operate for, but given its new name, it will likely join the Grandi Navi Veloci fleet. Rumors suggest it could debut on GNV's new Genoa-Naples-Catania line.
Ferries sold to Mexico

On Oct 15 she called at Balboa. Both ships were initially bought by the Blue Origin, a company of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, for the transport of parts of his space ship project.
P&O Ferries charters STENA CARRIER for Rotterdam-Teesport service
P&O Ferries has reshuffled its North Sea freight fleet to increase capacity on its Zeebrugge-Teesport and Europoort-Teesport services. As of the first week of June it has moved the Bore Line-chartered 2,270-lanemetre ESTRADEN from its Europoort-Teesport service to its Zeebrugge-Teesport run, replacing the Godby Shipping-owned 1,625 lanemetre MISTRAL.
