Sunk due to negligence of officer of the watch. He was doing chart work behind the curtain s and didn't seen the vessel coming from head. Finally other vessel banged in last hatch #5 near to engine room and got big hole in hull. Because ship was fully loaded that's why sank in 45 minutes. 1355 was local time when sunk.
