Ferry service interrupted due to technical problems

In the afternoon of Feb 17, 2015, the ferry service Halsa-Kanestraum was interrupted due to technical problems of the "Romsdal". The trouble was fixed within 1,5 hours and the servie resumed normal operation with two ferries.

Disabled ferry sidelined in Talgsjøen

The "Romsdal" which is running between Seivika and Tømmervåg had to be sidelined at Talgsjøen due to trouble with the steering system on Feb 2, 2015. The "Romsdal" was inserted as a replacement for the "Stordalselva" which had its annual yard stay. Until repairs were carried out, only the second ferry, the "Bjørnsund", served the route.

Ferry sidelined in Kansestraum

The "Romsdal" suffered technical problems on Nov 8, 2013, so that the ferry service from Halsa to Kansestraum was temporarily closed and the ship sidelined in port for repairs. The ferry "Rauma" was inserted at 8.30 p.m.
