In the night of Oct 4, 2010, the "Far Saga" ran aground off the Fjord Base at Floro. The ship suffered hull damage, and a local anti pollution team was called to contain a possible oil spill. The ship was moored at the quay of the base and some diesel fuel pumped out there.
