Pacific for sale at port of Genoa
On 22nd December 2010 the Court of Justice of Genoa ordered the sale by judicial court sale of the mv 'PACIFIC' (ex PACIFIC PRINCESS - ex SEA VENTURE) built 1971, passenger ship, 168.74m loa, 24.64m breadth, 750 passengers, 320 cabins (249 outside + 71 inside) owned by TEMPLETON INTERNATIONAL INC. of Nassau (Bahamas) and appointed Mr. ANDREA FERTONANI of Ferrando & Massone S.r.l. GENOA as Court Commissioner for same. The sale conditions were updated by the court order dated 10th October 2011 details of which are imperative. The sale of the M/V PACIFIC is without auction and based on the following main terms: - Base price Euro 2,737,080.00 (two million seven hundred and thirty seven thousand euro).
